DEAR F-LIST:
I'm starting a my own Wizard Rock band. I have songs thought up and everything. Problem is, I need a kick ass name. I'm torn between basing my band on Luna Lovegood and Lavender Brown. For Luna I was going to write about being friends with Dumbledore's Army and the nargles and all the crazy things she believes in. For Lavender, I was just going to write songs about how hot Ron Weasley is and Divination, and then I was planning on writing songs about how he totally broke her heart. SO THE QUESTION:
CAN YOU GUYS HELP ME WITH NAMES FOR BOTH OF THE POSSIBLE PROJECTS?
I was thinking something along the lines of Lav-Lav for Lavender Brown, but I think maybe it needs to be elaborated more. I'm stuck on the band name for Luna Lovegood. I will, of course, give credit to the lovely person who helps me out with the band name in all of their shining glory! I hope you guys can help because I will love you FORVER AND EVER AND EVER AND EVER AND EVER.

oh hey, could you recommend a few of the wizard rock bands to me? i've been meaning to download some for quite a while, but i don't know what to start with.

And of course I can! You must start off with Harry and the Potter and Draco and the Malfoys. They are classic. Also, Ministry of Magic is good if you are looking for a electronic sorf of feel. And they do amazing covers. And The Remus Lupins is amazing as well.

I don't know, I probably suck at thinking up names, but I wanted to say how awesome it is that you're starting a wizard rock band, and those two ideas are brilliant! =D
